From the Author

Some men spend the entirety of their lives searching for purpose. Most never find it. For some, their destinies are forged in a single, defining moment. It may require  years, a generation to determine the impact of their courage and sacrifice.  It was a deeply gratifying experience to fashion the character of Sidney Eli Steinburg. If he existed as represented in this book, I do not know. I have no doubt his dreams are shared by thousands, likely millions. I've been advantaged to have known a few men in my life who inspired the creation of this character. I am the richer for knowing them and will never forget them.

I dedicate this effort to them and to the Lord Jesus Christ whose impact upon my life changed everything.
